Are the products biodegradable?
[Yes. ]Environmental exposure can cause degradation and disintegration of any product, including rain, ultraviolet radiation, and soil fungi and bacteria.
Is there any adverse health effects associated with products?
[No.] According to risk analyses conducted in China, aerial firefighting materials pose minimal health risks, even if individuals come into unintentional contact with them during use. However, these products may cause mild irritation to the respiratory system, skin, and eyes. If you accidentally come into contact with any of these materials, it is recommended to wash off immediately with cold water and mild soap.
Are the products harmful to plants and vegetation?
[No.] While there is no evidence of long-term negative effects of aerial firefighting products on vegetation, it’s recommended to thoroughly clean any garden produce, such as fruits and vegetables, that may have been inadvertently exposed to these chemicals before consumption.
Are the products harmful to domestic or farm animals?
[No.] There is no prove to suggest that domestic or farm animals would experience any adverse effects if they consume foliage treated with aerial firefighting products in small amounts. However, as a precaution, any residue on pets or poultry should be thoroughly washed off to prevent skin dryness.
